The NFGWS is delighted to be participating in the next instalment of the Teagasc 'Signpost Series' of sustainable agriculture webinars.
Taking place this Friday, 8 January, the NFGWS’ Patrick McCabe and Seán Corrigan will be giving presentations on our Drinking Water Source Protection Pilot Project – Phase 2.
The discussion will focus on the background to the project, the complexity of source catchment areas and the wide variety of implementation efforts that are currently ongoing as part of the project. The farming community is integral to the project’s success, and the webinar will explore the importance of engagement and motivating factors for farmers, as well as the role being played by local farmers in Monaghan and Roscommon.
