CEO post created in the NFGWS and appointment of Barry Deane as the new CEO

The Board of the NFGWS at its most recent meeting decided, on a recommendation from ICOS Consultants, to re-title the most senior executive post in the Federation from "National Co-ordinator" to "Chief Executive Officer" and appointed Barry Deane as the new CEO with effect from 4th September 2017.  This follows the return of Colm Brady, from secondment to the civil service and his old Dept of Social Protection.

The new CEO, Barry Deane is pictured with Minister Eoghan Murphy TD and Brendan O'Mahony, Chairperson NFGWS at the Rural Water Conference in Claremorris on 14th September 2017.
