Training for Managers Administrators of GWS

As group water schemes increasingly see the sense of employing either part-time or full-time staff, this course addresses the key issues that any manager/administrator is likely to encounter as part of their day-to-day work.  It builds on several of the modules in the course for management committees, providing practical scenarios and suggesting solutions.

As the manager/administrator of any group water scheme is answerable to the voluntary board of management/committee, this relationship is explored in depth, while there is in-depth training in relation to accounting & finance matters, the legal environment within which group water schemes operate and the central role that quality assurance plays in the running of a scheme.
